Who to contact:

Responsibilities of the city of Corpus Christi:

  • London Towne is located in the jurisdiction of the City of Corpus Christi, and, as such, the city is responsible for the Police and Fire protection, the E.M.S. coverage, as well as for the enforcement of public health and safety, via the Code Enforcement Department
  • The care and maintenance of the infrastructure in London Towne, including the Water System, the Sanitary Sewer System, and the Storm Drainage system (including the Drainage Canal), is the responsibility of the City of Corpus Christi
  • Corpus Christi is also responsible for the care and maintenance of other London Towne Infrastructure, including the Streets, Curbs and Sidewalks
  • London Pirate Road is a public street, owned by the City of Corpus Christi
  • To report problems with City Infrastructure, contact the City of Corpus Christi at 361-826-2489 or use the City’s 311 app (see below)

Responsibilities of the HOA:

  • The HOA enforces the Deed Restrictions of the Neighborhood, as found in the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants; to review the restrictions and covenants, please refer to the Community Documents found by clicking the link on the Home Page
  • The care and maintenance of the Neighborhood Common Areas, including the Neighborhood Entry monument and water feature and the landscaping and trail along the Parkway, are also a responsibility of the HOA. Please report any needed maintenance on Common Area property, to the HOA
  • Through the Architectural Control Committee, the HOA regulates the addition of any architectural features or amenities added to an existing home, including such items as pools, fences and sheds
  • The London Towne Bylaws, which you can review by clicking the Community Documents link on the Home Page, outline the business of the HOA, as well as how the business is conducted
